Russia and Qatar could lose the FIFA World Cup hosting rights if evidences if bribery, a serious charge against the countries by the westerners, in bidding process emerged, the international media reported.

Russia is hosting the FIFA World Cup-2018 while Qatar is going to organise the mega football event in 2022. As Qatar won the bid to host the world cup by defeating the UK in voting process, the western media, mainly the British ones are reporting against Qatar’s ongoing construction jobs.

Earlier today, BBC reports that its investigation sees evidence that shows how $ 10 million of FIFA’s money was spent by former vice-president Jack Warner.

More and more scandals of FIFA are coming out after the investigations following the arrest of FIFA’s past and current officials from a hotel in Switzerland.

The money, sent on behalf of South Africa, was meant to be used for its Caribbean diaspora legacy program.

But documents suggest Mr Warner used the payment for cash withdrawals, personal loans and to launder money.

The 72-year-old, who has been indicted by the US FBI for corruption, denies all claims of wrongdoing.

Fifa says it is co-operating with the investigation.
